Shipping policy

We ship using Canada Post unless a different carrier is requested at time of purchase. We will provide a tracking number when an item is shipped. We are not responsible for an item once it is in the hands of the shipping company, however we will endeavour to ensure that you are satisfied with all aspects of your interaction with our store and try to resolve all issues to the best of our ability.
