This Maple Leaf ballpoint pen features a twist mechanism, a 5400 year old Ukrainian Bog Oak wood body, and Gold and Antique Silver trim with a decorative maple leaf band. Bog oak comes from trees that were buried in a swamp for over 5000 years. Included with the pen is a certificate of radio carbon dating from Laval University to verify the age of the wood. This is a very well balanced and attractive pen that is perfect for everyday use. This pen uses a standard Parker refill.
